| Description: |
Air cleaners use a FOUR stage filtration system:
1. The patented dynamic precleaner removes 97% of air borne particles including; water, leaves, snow, grass, and dust particles, before the air enters the main filter body.
2. The centrifugal effects of spinning the incoming air removes an additional 50% of the smaller particles that are then expelled through the rubber "burp" valve.
3. The primary paper filter removes the majority of the remaining small particles.
4. The inner blue fiber "safety" filter provides an extra measure of protection by filtering to the micron level plus acting as a "back-up to the primary filter in case of a primary filter rupture.
NOTE: To this day we have NEVER sold a replacement inner blue safety filter! All the original blue filters are all still in service! |

The Lincoln "Pipeliner" Model SA-200 P/N:K6090 used the four cylinder Continental F-162 and F-163 engine. The most popular magneto found on these welders is the Fairbanks Morse Model FMXA4B-16A magneto. Since most SA-200 have an electrical system, it maybe time to upgrade to a fully electronic ignition system, and never have to fool with that magneto again! For less than the cost of a new magneto you can upgrade your SA-200 and never concern yourself with magneto failure!

We have offer replacement engine starters for Continental F-162, F-163, & L-200 engines. If you visit your local Lincoln dealer you will no doubt be surprised to find that they know very little about replacement starters for the SA-200 Pipeliner's! Lincoln, up until the 1990's, did a very poor job of documenting outsourced parts for the SA-200s. Lincoln purchased a "long block" engine (an assembled engine with head, manifold, water pump, and oil pan). They added their own bell housing, flywheel (with ring gear), carburetor, air cleaner, governor, ignition, starter, and electrical system. The original information on what items they added, who made them, and where they were purchased, may or may not be available!
We now have an answer to your problem. The Weldmart Nippodenso starter has been adapted for the Continental F-162 & F-163 engines. These starters are of the highest quality, brand new, no core necessary. Weldmart offers a conditional FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY on all new high torque starters.
